The advice about ski boot fittings - and also which skis to go for - was all great. The service was excellent. We had one person who wanted to change their skis after day one - that was arranged and an exchange made without any fuss at all. We were very looked after very well by all of the team.

I liked that the skis I rented were well waxed and sharp. Usually rental skis are not well maintained. Your skis were excellent.

Overall it was a reasonable experience. I was surprised when I got charged at time of rental, at least a month beforehand, but the cancellation policy made that OK. The boot fitting was done very well, listening to my concerns and allowing me to use my own footbeds. The ski assignment was done less well, not giving me the skis I really wanted either time (first time they were not really off-piste, second time a bit too long and heavy). The ability to exchange was nice and the location was convenient.
